Return policy
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If that's not the case, please get in touch. We'll find a fair solution together.
You can return your order to us within 30 days of receipt.
The items must be new, unworn and unwashed .
A brief fitting to check size and fit is of course permitted.
All labels and hangtags must still be original and attached to the merchandise.
Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Returns typically take 7-10 days to process from receipt of goods.
If you use our DHL return label, we charge a flat fee of €4.99 . Alternatively, you can use a shipping provider of your choice. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Returns outside of Germany must be paid for by the customer .
Return
As a general rule, returned items can only be accepted in perfect condition . The goods must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage . Furthermore, they must not have any noticeable or unpleasant odors such as sweat, perfume, smoke, or similar.
If an item arrives damaged, soiled, or no longer in perfect condition, we unfortunately cannot accept the return. In this case, we reserve the right to invoice the customer for the item or return it to the specified delivery address at the customer's expense.

Delivery time
We will process and ship your order as quickly as possible . As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all important information and a tracking number.
Delivery time depends on your location and may vary depending on the shipping address. Within Germany, delivery typically takes a few business days . Deliveries abroad may take longer.
Should any delays occur in exceptional cases, we will of course inform you immediately.

Deliveries within Germany are free of charge.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the shipping price before completing your purchase.
