 Your order will be processed immediately and delivered as soon as possible via DHL or Hermes.


Fast shipping
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate shipment. Shipping takes place within 3-5 business days. Delivery within Germany takes a maximum of 3-10 business days. The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank handling the transfer, and in the case of all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next business day.


Return shipping information
 Returns within Germany cost €4.19 and will be deducted from the refund. There are no return shipping costs for exchanges.

Return shipping costs incurred for returns from outside of Germany must be borne by the customer.


Information on shipping within Germany
The delivery address can be selected independently of the billing address. You can find the availability of the item on the respective product details page. Delivery to parcel lockers within Germany is also possible.

For deliveries to Switzerland, import VAT is invoiced separately to the end customer. This can be reclaimed if the customer is registered for VAT. If the customer is not VAT registered, they cannot reclaim it. In this case, the buyer, i.e., the customer, is the actual end consumer and is responsible for paying the tax.

Customs duties are collected upon delivery on behalf of Swiss Customs. As the amount of the duties depends on the items ordered and their origin, the fees may vary. For any questions regarding customs duties, please contact Swiss Customs directly.


Other information
 Incorrect address details: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, our customer support will contact the customer by email. Please check your inbox occasionally so that information can be shared and corrected as quickly as possible.

Holidays: Our fulfillment center is closed on Christmas, New Year's Day and Easter, which may cause shipping to take a little longer than usual.


Information regarding delivery time
The delivery times stated in the product details are always within Germany. If you have selected "prepayment" as your payment method, the delivery time begins from the moment your payment is received.
